Bonsai Root Picks are used for combing out roots when repotting. A great utility tool that makes combing through dense root balls a breeze. Perfect for medium and larger size trees. The single hook makes combing very precise and gentle on the roots. This Root Pick measures 8 1/4″ long and has a wooden Handle with a contoured shape for comfort and a sure grip. The prong is made of 1/4 inch tempered steel and is inserted the entire length of the handle to give it strength. The hook is about 3″ lfrom the handle to the top of the hook’s curve, and then about 2 3/4 inches to the point.
