Product Description
This Japanese Black Pine bonsai tree is  a compact shohin size, well balanced branch structure, with a good informal upright design.  Very bright green stiff needles that have been shortened through time.  Still there is a lot of work one can do with this bonsai, such as reducing the needle size even more by needle plucking.  Continuing work with the apex and some wiring from time to time will make this somthing to be very proud of.  This bonsai is 8″ tall to the apex from the soil line and 8″ wide.  The trunk is approximately 1″ diameter just under the first set of branchs.  The pot is a 6×4″ moss green glazed rectanular ceramic pot.  The potting medium is pure akadama…. Product Description
This rare, dwarf variety of white pine has blue and white needles and dense growth. It is a Pinus Parviflora yatsubusa variety. Yatsubusa means short needles and short internode spacing plus multiple budding at branch whorls. This one also has the ability to set buds between branch whorls. They have been grown from the start specifically for bonsai. It has a low graft that will completely disappear with age. It has been wired, pruned, styled, and root pruned for bonsai.
